When should I make my reservation?
To secure availability, we advise reserving your yacht 2–3 weeks beforehand, particularly for the busiest months, which are May to September. For business gatherings and private events, scheduling 4–6 weeks prior offers better availability and ample time to tailor the experience.
What is the procedure if the weather is unfavorable?
Our highest concern is safety. In case our captain judges the weather to be unsafe, we will suggest an alternative date for your charter or issue a complete refund. Weather conditions are closely monitored, and you will be informed at least 24 hours ahead of your departure if questionable weather is anticipated.
Am I allowed to bring my own snacks and beverages?
Guests are permitted to bring their food and non-alcoholic beverages. We also offer superb catering services with the ability to adapt the menu according to your preferences. Please be aware that for safety purposes, glass containers are not allowed on board.

What are the terms for cancellation?
Cancellations that occur over 72 hours before departure are eligible for a full reimbursement. Those made within 24–72 hours are eligible for a 50% refund. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure will not be refunded, except in the case of adverse weather conditions or mechanical issues originating from our end.
